feat(订单详情): 启用下拉刷新并添加相关逻辑

在订单详情页面启用下拉刷新功能，并添加对应的刷新逻辑。当用户下拉时会重新加载订单详情和收据列表数据，完成后显示刷新成功提示。同时为通话记录类型添加监听，当类型为'call'时自动加载通话记录。
